Conditions of participation

1. general

The organizer of the competition is Casarista GmbH. The competition is carried out on the basis of the following conditions of participation. Casarista GmbH is responsible for the organization and provision of the prizes.

2. participation

Only persons aged 16 and over are eligible to enter the competition. Employees of Casarista GmbH and their relatives living in the same household are excluded from participation.

Participation in the competition “Win 55% cashback on your unique piece of furniture” is only possible in the period from 18.09.2025 00:00 to 26.09.2025 23:59. The prize draw will take place on 01.10.2025.

Participation in the competition is voluntary, revocable at any time and free of charge, but – due to the nature of the competition “Win 55% cashback on your unique piece of furniture” – is linked to the purchase of a product.

All persons who place an order at casarista.com during the above-mentioned period and make the correct payment will be entered into the competition. You can unsubscribe from the competition at any time by sending an informal email to hello@casarista.com.

By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the conditions of participation.

3. exclusion from the competition

Casarista GmbH reserves the right to exclude individual persons from the competition if they violate the conditions of participation and there is suspicion of abuse.

4. profits

In this competition, 5 winners will be drawn to receive a refund of 55% of their purchase. The refund will be made by 07.10.2025 at the latest in the same way as the original payment was made.

Each order placed will be counted as a separate entry, which means that if an order is drawn, only 55% of the purchase price of this one drawn order will be refunded – even if the participant has placed several orders during the competition period.

The 5 winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants by Casarista on 01.10.2025. The winners will be notified by email no later than 5 working days after the draw.

If a winner of this competition makes use of the voluntary right of return after the furniture has been delivered, the 55% of the purchase price will not be refunded again.

5. publication

By participating in the competition, the participant gives his/her consent for Casarista to use the first name and a picture of the piece of furniture won for advertising purposes. This consent includes, in particular, publication on Casarista’s websites and social media channels.

6. other

Legal recourse is excluded.

The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply exclusively. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The conditions of participation listed here can be changed by Casarista GmbH at any time without separate prior notification.
