Our four sofa models offer different styles and functions for every taste. With the classic “Rio”, you can choose a timeless silhouette with many functions. Our “Tokyo” model is a deep lounge sofa with variable backrests. Model “Denver ” (available in two different designs) is a modern sofa that is as soft as it looks. With its modular design, you can adapt it to your needs at any time. Our “Nairobi” model is a sofa and bed in one, so that your guests can also enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

Yes, you can have free fabric samples for your sofa sent to your home. You can either save your favorites directly in the configurator or select them on our fabric sample page.

This varies depending on the model.
Model Rio & Nairobi offer a seat depth of 55cm & a seat height of 45cm. Model Tokyo offers a variable seat depth of 85cm/ 55cm and a seat height of 40 or 45cm, depending on which seat height you choose when ordering. The Denver model has a seat height of 40 cm and a seat depth of approx. 80 cm – without back cushion.

Your sofa meets all the important criteria of high-quality upholstered furniture: from the solid wooden frame, the right suspension in the seat and backrest area, the right foam to the upholstery fleece and, of course, the cover you choose.

The back cushions of our sofas are permanently sewn to the backrest. This way, the cushions always stay where they belong and there is no need to “shape” your sofa.
Only with our modular Denver large sofa can you remove the back cushions to enjoy a seat depth of 80 cm.

No, this is not possible. Our fabrics are of very high quality, which also makes cleaning much easier. If you still have concerns, we recommend our easier-care microfiber fabrics. You can only remove and wash the back cushion covers on our Denver modular big sofa.

The pull-out function on our Rio model is designed to extend the seating depth of your sofa or to provide overnight accommodation for friends and family (in a corner or U-shape solution). However, the pull-out function is not intended as a permanent place to sleep, in which case we recommend our Nairobi model.
The 14 cm thick comfort foam mattress on a stable slatted frame ensures that every overnight guest feels comfortable.

This is probably due to the fact that not all types of legs and armrests can be combined with each other. For example, “the wide” cannot be combined with the armrests “the elegant”, “the round” and “the convertible”.

Due to the design, the pull-out function for seating elements can only be selected up to a maximum width of 150 cm.

Yes, you can of course also have up to 5 free fabric samples sent to your home for your bed. You can either save your favorites directly in the configurator or select them on our fabric sample page.

The biggest difference is that the box spring bed does not have a slatted frame to support your mattress, but a box with a built-in pocket spring core – essentially another mattress. As the slatted frame takes up less space than the box with pocket spring core, we have given the structure with slatted frame a practical storage space.

No, unfortunately this is not possible, as the space for a possible storage space is occupied by the pocket springs.

The lying height of our slatted frame bed with storage space is 63 cm. At 68 cm, you lie slightly higher on our box spring bed, but just as well. If you choose the version with topper for your box spring bed, the lying height increases to approx. 71 cm.

The reason for this is that the leather cover would impair the ventilation of your mattress, which in turn could have a negative effect on your sleep. We therefore do not offer this option.

The structure of the fabric mattress with topper and the All-in-One mattress with barrel pocket spring core is identical. Apart from the fact that the topper is already integrated in one type of mattress and not in the other. And since the fabric mattress is only available for the box spring construction, it is also only available with a pocket spring core – the All-in-One mattress is also available with a high-quality cold foam core as an alternative.

Yes, of course you can. We just haven’t got around to displaying all the options in our configurator yet. Just get in touch with us, we will be happy to help you.

Admittedly, this question is not so easy to answer, as it depends on how you feel. As a rule of thumb, you should choose firmness level H3 from a body weight of around 80 kg, H4 from around 100 kg and H2 if you weigh less than 80 kg. But if you know that you generally prefer a firmer bed, you can of course also choose H3 or H4 with a lower body weight – in the other direction, of course, if you prefer a softer bed. And if you do make the wrong decision, we grant you a 30-day right of return or exchange.

Yes, all covers of our mattresses and toppers can be easily removed with a 4-sided zipper and washed at 60°C.

Of course we can do that too. We just need to know what size you need, whether for topper or mattress, and of course what color you would like. Just get in touch with us with your requirements.

Our bed bench is only available in one size: 140 x 48 x 50 cm.

Yes, you can find this option in the configurator under “Head height”

Our dining benches can of course also be ordered with cold foam upholstery, but not the chairs. For more information about ordering with cold foam, please contact us.

No, that’s not possible with our outdoor lounges.
For outdoors, we use a special, large-pored and, above all, quick-drying foam. – So that your outdoor lounge is dry again in no time at all, even after a heavy summer shower.

Especially in the winter months (when the set is not in use), you should cover your outdoor lounge. This protects against sub-zero temperatures, snow and ice.

This is not absolutely necessary, but of course it won’t harm your outdoor lounge either 😉.

Neither blazing sun nor rain can harm our Lazio fabrics. They have a high light fastness, so that color deviations can only occur very slowly.
The only important thing is that your outdoor lounge can always dry properly.

The heart balance function is available on our armchairs with 3 motors. This circulation-supporting function allows you to lie horizontally and is considered to be particularly regenerating and relaxing. Anyone who often has heavy legs will particularly appreciate this effect.

We offer three different sizes (with or without motor), depending on your height:

Size S up to approx. 165 cm tall.
Size M from approx. 165 cm to 180 cm tall.
Size L from approx. 180 cm tall.
You are of course welcome to test the size that suits you best in one of our showrooms.

The rechargeable battery option allows you to use the recliner without a cable. A charger is of course included for charging. Depending on use, we recommend regularly plugging the chair in overnight.

Our genuine leather is very easy to care for in everyday life and to keep it that way, we recommend applying leather care regularly. Twice a year is ideal so that the leather retains its good properties for many years. You can get the right leather care set from us. Simply write to us at hello@casarista.com

For cleaning, we recommend wiping the furniture with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. If you have very hard water in your home, it is best to use distilled water (to prevent limescale stains). For particularly stubborn stains, you can also use lukewarm (mild) soapy water.

If you wish, you can of course also vacuum your unique Casarista furniture. However, we definitely recommend a weaker suction level for this, as too much negative pressure can damage the Cover and the materials underneath.

For cleaning, we recommend wiping the furniture with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. If you have very hard water in your home, it is best to use distilled water (to prevent limescale stains). For particularly stubborn stains, you can also use lukewarm (mild) soapy water and a (suitable) soft brush.

Our wooden tables are only oiled and therefore no acidic or chemical cleaners should be used. The best way to clean is with a cotton cloth and mild, lukewarm soapy water.
If stains have dried, the table can always be sanded and re-oiled if necessary. We recommend linseed oil varnish for re-oiling (please follow the instructions for use!).

The porcelain stoneware and HPL tops of our tables are very easy to clean, which is why a (damp) cloth is sufficient for daily cleaning. For stubborn stains, we recommend (mild) grease-dissolving cleaners.

Of course, we also offer advice over the phone. We are happy to take as much time for this as we do for consultations in our showroom. Simply get in touch with us, write to us or let us call you back at a time of your choosing.

Within Austria you will usually receive your fabric samples within 2 working days, in Germany or Switzerland it takes around 4 working days.

Once you have configured your dream piece of furniture, click on the “Order now” button to start the ordering process. There you first enter your contact details before you are taken to an overview page where you can check the data you have entered and all the information about your new piece of furniture. Only after you click on “Pay now” will you be taken to the payment process (see question “How does payment work”).

Of course, you can also place your order with us in person. Just give us a call, send us an email or, if you’re in the area, drop by our store.

Yes, that is of course possible. You can simply select your preferred delivery week during the ordering process. If you choose a later desired delivery week, you will also help us with production planning – for which we will thank you with a free cushion set 😉

At the end of the order process, after you click on “Pay now”, you will be redirected to the page of our payment partner Mollie. There you select your desired payment method and complete the payment. You will then be returned to our site and the order is complete. In this established process, we do not process your payment information ourselves at any time, only our certified payment partner does.

You can choose between our payment methods credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AmEx), bank transfer (Giropay or Sepa bank transfer), Apple Pay and PayPal. Please note: If you choose bank transfer, the payment will be settled via the account of our payment partner Mollie, not directly via ours. This is why “Stichting Mollie Payments” (or similar) is listed as the beneficiary.

No, the price already includes free delivery to the place of use, including assembly and return of packaging. Excluded are island deliveries or car-free locations in Switzerland. If you need a delivery to an island or a car-free location, please contact us – we are sure to find a solution.

Yes, this is part of our service, as is taking back the packaging material.

We usually deliver your new piece of furniture to your home within 5 weeks. The only exceptions to this are 2 weeks after Christmas and 2 weeks in July – when our production department goes on a well-deserved vacation.
The next possible delivery week is always displayed in the configurator, but you can also easily select a different desired delivery week during the ordering process.

Once we have handed over your unique piece of furniture to our logistics partner, the tours are planned and you will be contacted by phone or email to arrange a delivery date with you. This ensures that your furniture is not left standing in front of closed doors. As it sometimes happens that emails from our logistics partner end up in the spam folder, please check this regularly.

We fully understand that something may come up – if you are unable to meet the agreed delivery date, please let us know at least one day in advance so that our logistics partner can plan his daily routes accordingly. If he does not meet you at the agreed time, we will charge you 150 euros for the second journey.

Yes, because life circumstances change. If you would like your furniture delivered to a different address after placing your order, please contact us.

Please let us know in good time if your home is difficult to access (e.g. narrow driveway, pedestrian zone or several floors without an elevator). A delivery from the 4th floor without an elevator must be communicated to us in advance, as our logistics partner does not carry this out as standard. Simply send us your information before you have received a specific delivery date to hello@casarista.com

If your door or passageway is narrower than 90 cm, packaging may be a problem. Please contact us in advance – together we will find a solution so that your new piece of furniture arrives safely.

Then you shouldn’t have to look for a solution here yourself. Just get in touch with us, with photos if you like, and we will deal with your request personally straight away.
