Our four sofa models offer different styles and functions to suit every taste. The classic “Rio” features a timeless silhouette with a wide range of functions. Our “Tokyo” model is a deep lounge sofa with adjustable backrests. “Denver ” (available in two different designs) is a modern sofa that’s as soft as it looks. With its modular design, you can adapt it to your needs at any time. Our “Nairobi” model is a sofa and bed in one, allowing your guests to enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.

Yes, you can order free fabric samples for your sofa, delivered to your home. You can either save your favorites directly in the configurator or select them on our fabric sample page.

This varies depending on the model.
Rio & Nairobi offer a seat depth of 55 cm & a seat height of 45 cm. Tokyo offers a variable seat depth of 85 cm or 55 cm and a seat height of 40 or 45 cm, depending on which seat height you choose when ordering. The Denver model has a seat height of 40 cm and a seat depth of approx. 80 cm – without back cushion.

Your sofa meets all the important criteria of high-quality upholstered furniture. From a solid wooden frame and carefully designed suspension in the seat and backrest, to premium foam, upholstery fleece and, of course, the fabric you choose.

The back cushions of our sofas are permanently sewn to the backrest. This way, the cushions always stay where they belong and there is no need to “shape” your sofa.
Only our modular large sofa Denver allows you to remove the back cushions to enjoy a seat depth of 80 cm.

No, that’s not possible. Our fabrics are of very high quality, which also makes cleaning much easier. If you’re still unsure, we recommend our easy-to-clean microfiber fabrics. You can only remove and wash the back cushion covers on our modular large sofa Denver.

The pull-out function on our Rio model is designed to extend the seating depth of your sofa or to provide overnight accommodation for friends and family (in a corner or U-shape solution). However, the pull-out function is not intended as a permanent place to sleep. For that we recommend our Nairobi model.
The 14 cm thick comfort foam mattress on a stable slatted frame ensures that every overnight guest feels comfortable.

This is probably due to the fact that not all types of legs and armrests can be combined with each other. For example, “the wide” cannot be combined with the armrests “the elegant”, “the round” and “the convertible”.

Due to the design, the pull-out function for seating elements can only be selected up to a maximum width of 150 cm.

Yes, you can order up to 5 free fabric samples for your bed, sent directly to your home. You can either save your favorites directly in the configurator or select them on our fabric sample page.

The biggest difference is that the box spring bed does not have a slatted frame to support your mattress, but a box with a built-in pocket spring core – essentially another mattress. As the slatted frame takes up less space than the box with pocket spring core, we have given the structure with slatted frame practical storage space.

No, unfortunately this is not possible, as the space for a possible storage space is occupied by the pocket springs.

The bed height of our slatted bed with storage space is 63 cm. At 68 cm, our box spring bed is slightly higher, but just as comfortable. If you choose the version with a topper for your box spring bed, the bed height increases to approx. 71 cm.

Leather upholstery would impair the ventilation of your mattress, which could negatively affect your sleep. For this reason, we do not offer this option.

The structure of the fabric mattress with topper and the all-in-one mattress with pocket spring core is identical. The key difference is that the topper is already integrated into the all-in-one mattress, while it is separate in the fabric mattress. As the fabric mattress is designed exclusively for spring beds, it is only available with a pocket spring core. The all-in-one mattress, however, is also available with a high-quality cold foam core as an alternative.

Yes, that’s possible. Not all options are currently displayed in our configurator. Just get in touch with us, we’ll be happy to help.

This isn’t an easy question to answer, as it largely depends on your personal comfort preferences. As a general guideline, we recommend firmness level H3 from a body weight of around 80 kg, H4 for around 100 kg and H2 if you weigh less than 80 kg. But if you know that you generally prefer a firmer mattress, you can of course also choose H3 or H4 even at a lower body weight – and vice versa, if you prefer a softer feel. And if you do make the wrong choice, no worries: we offer a 30-day right of return or exchange policy.

Yes, all covers of our mattresses and toppers can be easily removed with a 4-sided zipper and washed at 60°C.

Yes, that’s possible. We just need to know what size you need, whether it’s for a topper or a mattress, and of course what color you would like. Just get in touch and let us know your requirements.

Our sofa bed is only available in one size: 140 x 48 x 50 cm.

Yes, you can find this option in the configurator under “Head height”

As a rule of thumb, we recommend choosing a bench length 10 cm longer than the corresponding side of the table. This is also how the benches are displayed in our showrooms.

Our dining benches can also be ordered with cold foam upholstery; however, this option is not available for chairs. For more information about ordering with cold foam, please contact us.

No, cold foam is not available for our outdoor lounges.
For outdoors, we use a special, open-cell, fast-drying foam. – This ensures that your outdoor lounge dries quickly, even after a heavy summer shower.

Especially in the winter months (when the set is not in use), you should cover your outdoor lounge. This protects against sub-zero temperatures, snow and ice.

That’s not necessary, but of course it won’t harm your outdoor lounge either 😉.

Neither strong sunlight nor rain will damage our Lazio fabrics. They offer high light fastness, meaning colors fade only very slowly over time.
It’s simply important that your outdoor lounge is able to dry properly.

The heart balance function is available on our armchairs with 3 motors. This circulation-supporting function allows you to lie in a horizontal position and is especially relaxing and restorative. Anyone who often has heavy legs will particularly appreciate this effect.

We offer three different sizes (with or without motor), depending on your height:

Size S up to approx. 165 cm tall.
Size M from approx. 165 cm to 180 cm tall.
Size L from approx. 180 cm tall.
You are of course welcome to test the size that suits you best in one of our showrooms.

The rechargeable battery option allows you to use the recliner without a cable. A charger is of course included.. Depending on use, we recommend regularly plugging the chair in overnight.

Our genuine leather is very easy to care for in everyday life and to keep it that way, we recommend applying leather care regularly. Twice a year is ideal to help the leather retain its quality over time. You can purchase the appropriate leather care products directly from us. Simply send us an e-mail at hello@casarista.com

For cleaning, we recommend wiping the furniture with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. If you have very hard water in your home, it is best to use distilled water (to prevent limescale stains). For particularly stubborn stains, you can also use lukewarm (mild) soapy water.

If you wish, you can of course also vacuum your unique Casarista furniture. However, we definitely recommend a lower suction setting, as excessive suction can damage the upholstery and underlying materials.

For cleaning, we recommend wiping the furniture with a slightly damp microfiber cloth. If you have very hard water in your home, it is best to use distilled water (to prevent limescale stains). For particularly stubborn stains, you can also use lukewarm (mild) soapy water and a (suitable) soft brush.

Our wooden tables are treated with oil only, so no acidic or chemical cleaners should be used. The best way to clean them is with a cotton cloth and mild, lukewarm soapy water.
If stains have dried, the table can be lightly sanded and re-oiled if needed. We recommend linseed oil for re-oiling (please follow the instructions for use!).

The porcelain stoneware and HPL tops of our tables are very easy to clean, which is why a (damp) cloth is sufficient for daily cleaning. For stubborn stains, we recommend (mild) grease-dissolving cleaners.

Of course, we also offer advice over the phone. We are happy to take as much time for this as we do for consultations in our showroom. Simply get in touch with us, write to us or let us call you back at a time of your choosing.

Within Austria you will usually receive your fabric samples within 2 working days, in Germany or Switzerland it takes around 4 working days.

Once you have configured your dream piece of furniture, click on the “Order now” button to start the ordering process. There you first enter your contact details before you are taken to an overview page where you can check the data you have entered and all the information about your new piece of furniture. Only after you click on “Pay now” will you be taken to the payment process (see question “How does payment work”).

Of course, you can also place your order with us in person. Just give us a call, send us an email or, if you’re in the area, drop by our store.

Yes, absolutely. You can simply select your preferred delivery week during the checkout process. Choosing a later delivery week helps us with production planning – as a thank you, you’ll receive a free cushion set 😉

At the end of the ordering process, after you click on “Pay now”, you will be redirected to the page of our payment partner Mollie. There, you can select your preferred payment method and complete the payment. You will then be redirected to our website, where your order will be confirmed. For security reasons, we do not process your payment information ourselves, all payments are handled securely by our certified payment partner.

No, the price already includes free delivery to your home, including assembly and removal of the packaging. Island deliveries or car-free locations in Switzerland are excluded. If you need a delivery to an island or a car-free location, please contact us – we’ll be happy to find a suitable solution.

Yes, assembly is included in our service, as well as removal of the packaging.

We usually deliver your new piece of furniture to your home within 5 weeks. The only exceptions to this are the two weeks after Christmas and two weeks in July, when our production team deserves a well-deserved break.
The next possible delivery week is always shown in the configurator, but you can also easily select a different delivery week during the ordering process.

Once we have handed over your unique piece of furniture to our logistics partner, delivery routes are scheduled and you will be contacted by phone or email to arrange a delivery date. This ensures that your delivery can take place when you are available. As emails from our logistics partner may occassionally end up in your spam folder, we recommend checking this regularly.

We fully understand that something may come up – if you are unable to be present at the agreed delivery time, please let us know at least one day in advance so our logistics partner can adjust their route planning accordingly. If delivery cannot take place at the agreed time, a second delivery attempt will be charged at €150.

Yes, we understand that plans can change. If you would like your furniture delivered to a different address after placing your order, please contact us.

Please let us know in advance if your home is difficult to access (e.g. narrow driveway, pedestrian zone or several floors without an elevator). Deliveries to the 4th floor or higher without an elevator must be arranged in advance, as this is not included in our logistics partner’s standard service. Simply send us your information before you have received a specific delivery date to hello@casarista.com

If your door or passageway is narrower than 90 cm, delivery with packaging may be difficult. Please contact us in advance – together we will find a solution to ensure your new piece of furniture arrives safely.

You don’t have to find a solution on your own. Just get in touch with us, with photos if you like, and we’ll take care of your request personally and promptly.
