Who we are and what we do.

We are a young furniture brand from Graz that sells customizable bespoke furniture online and in our own stores using a 3D configurator throughout the DACH region.
Since Casarista saw the light of day at the end of 2020, we have experienced rapid growth. Not least due to our innovative omnichannel concept.We offer our customers the best possible price/performance ratio for this individual shopping experience. How do we achieve this?
We do without unnecessary middlemen or a huge network of stores and thus deliver our customers their unique furniture directly from production to their own living room – saving time and money.

Our partnerships.

We create the opportunity to see and test our furniture live before buying through partnerships with other companies.
It all started with a network of cafés where one of our sofas was on display. Our customers were able to get an idea of the seating comfort and quality in a cozy atmosphere.However, as we have gradually expanded our product range, our partner concept has also continued to grow. That is why we are now constantly looking for further partnerships for showroom cooperations from which both partners benefit.

What makes us special.

We have put a great deal of love and passion into building our brand, paying particular attention to friendly and respectful customer communication while providing the best possible and courteous customer service. This is a very important cornerstone of our brand and our philosophy.
We cultivate this friendly approach not only with our customers, but also within our teams and beyond. We have much more in common with all of our partners than simply working together. We all love working together and simply have fun every single day advancing the brand, the company and thus our mission together.

Who we are looking for.

The most important thing for us is to find partners that suit us and our brand. Because we want to stay in close contact with all our cooperation partners – and this contact shouldn’t feel like work 😉
What else is important for us to enable our customers to immerse themselves in the Casarista brand world with partners:

  • You have at least 80m² at your disposal, where we can exhibit and stage our products.
  • There are fixed opening hours for your business, during which the area is freely accessible to our customers.
  • During opening hours, there is someone on site who can advise our customers – of course we provide training in advance.
  • You don’t sell any other upholstered furniture, dining sets or beds on site. Furniture such as kitchens, wardrobes, wall units, etc., on the other hand, complement each other perfectly.

What we are definitely not looking for are middlemen or other forms of wedges – because we advise our customers, we don’t sell them anything.
